Sanad PA at a glance
Sanad PA provides dedicated, full-time remote personal assistants for clients worldwide. You choose the working hours. We consider your tasks, working style and industry context when matching you with an assistant, then support the relationship through onboarding and ongoing management.
A personal assistant is a person who helps coordinate the practical details of your day. “Remote” describes where they work; it does not mean automated or occasional support. Sanad’s model is intended for an ongoing working relationship.
What can you delegate?
Start with work that recurs, follows a clear process and takes attention away from your priorities. Examples include calendar coordination, meeting setup, inbox organisation, travel arrangements, document coordination and follow-ups. Agree the specific scope before work starts.
- Calendar: share meeting priorities, time zones and the rules for protecting focus time.
- Inbox: define what can be organised, drafted or escalated. Decide who approves outgoing messages.
- Coordination: name the people involved, the deadline and the next action that needs to happen.
- Documents: explain the folder structure, templates and access permissions.
For example, “set up a client meeting” is clearer when it includes the attendees, time zone, preferred dates, meeting link and who can approve a change. The assistant can coordinate those details within the authority you agree.
Why professional background matters
Sanad assistants bring different prior backgrounds, including administration, marketing and the legal sector. Relevant experience can help an assistant understand terminology, teams and the context behind requests. A marketing business, for example, may benefit from someone who understands how its team coordinates client meetings.
Background is a matching factor, not a promise that every assistant performs every specialist task. Describe the experience you need and discuss the available match. An assistant with legal-sector experience does not replace licensed legal advice; the same distinction applies to other regulated professions.
Hours and worldwide support
The assistant works remotely and full-time with you. You choose the working hours, and the schedule is agreed before the start. Tell us your time zone, preferred working days, meeting pattern and where handovers happen. Worldwide service does not imply round-the-clock availability.
Clients can work with Sanad from any location. Tasks that require someone to be physically present need a separate arrangement; remote coordination is different from carrying out an on-site errand.
Discover → Connect → Start → Grow
- Discover: explain your workload, recurring tasks and priorities.
- Connect: discuss a match with experience relevant to your needs.
- Start: agree the scope, hours, tools, access and approval rules.
- Grow: review the working relationship and adapt priorities as your needs change.
Who is responsible for what?
You set priorities, provide the necessary context and decide which actions require approval. Your assistant works on the agreed tasks. Sanad supports matching, onboarding and ongoing management. The proposal should explain the specific scope, responsibilities and commercial terms before you commit.
Ask about confidentiality, access controls, coverage during absence, replacement arrangements, notice periods and any additional charges. Do not assume an arrangement is included unless it has been confirmed in writing.
Prepare a useful first brief
List your five most frequent coordination tasks. For each, record the expected result, deadline, tool and approval point. Choose a small set of recurring tasks for the first week, then expand once the workflow is clear.
Next: use the provider-selection checklist, plan the first week or read the service FAQ.
