Research checked: 2 October 2026. The best fit depends on your workload, required hours, professional context and preferred level of management. This shortlist is published by Sanad PA and includes our own service. It is not a scored ranking or an exhaustive list.

Wishup — assistant plans and specialist options
Wishup advertises four-hour and eight-hour assistant options and several service tiers. Its site also lists specialist offerings. Check the current official plans against your brief; do not assume every service is part of the same package.
Time etc — dedicated support in monthly hour plans
Time etc’s US website lists dedicated US assistants with monthly hour plans, including ten, twenty, forty and sixty hours. It also advertises larger arrangements by consultation. Check its official plans for current terms and availability.
DonnaPro — EU-based executive assistance
DonnaPro markets EU-based remote executive assistance for CEOs and founders, with part-time and full-time options on its website. Check the official offering for the proposed hours, support model and fit with your time zone.
Choose by the work, not the ranking
For recurring work across the day, compare dedicated full-time arrangements. For a smaller ongoing workload, look at the available hour plans. For a defined specialist project, a project specialist may be more appropriate than general assistant support. Physical duties require an on-site arrangement.
Ask every provider to respond to the same task list and schedule. Confirm scope, communication, data access, absence arrangements and commercial terms. Prices and inclusions can change; use a current written proposal rather than a third-party estimate.
